| 摘 要： | 诱惑侦查作为一种特殊的侦查方式,在实践中被广泛地运用于毒品、走私、假币等新型犯罪的侦破之中。但是这种日益受到侦查机关青睐的侦查方式也不可避免地存在很多法律冲突问题,这就要求我们在具体使用过程中,正确地权衡各种利益,作出最佳的选择。
