| 摘 要： | 分析机械类专业学生"准职业"对体能需求的特点,对体育教学内容、形式进行重新设计,以武术、排球、足球、专项身体素质训练为主要运动形式,重点发展学生"准职业"所需体能。通过对机械专业120名学生两学期的教学实验,并对实验前后学生身体形态和身体素质指标纵向比较,均呈现显著性差异。

| Abstract: | Through analyzing the physical ability requirements from quasi-profession of mechanical majors in higher vocational college,this paper redesigns the teaching contents and style for PE.It takes martial arts,volleyball,football and special physical quality training as main sport form,focusing on develop students physical ability required by quasi-profession.Through the experiment for 120 students of mechanical majors in author＇s college,it proves the index difference is obvious between before and after the teaching experiment. |
