摘    要:建立了顶空气相色谱、CP-WAX 52CB石英毛细管色谱柱程序升温分离、ECD检测器测定血液中三氯乙烯及其代谢物三氯乙酸的分析方法。在2~800ng/mL范围内,三氯乙烯线性相关系数r=0.9991,最低检测浓度为1ng/mL(S/N=3);在2~800ng/mL范围内,三氯乙酸线性相关系数r=0.9994,最低检测浓度为1ng/mL(S/N=3)。各添加水平样品回收率均在95%以上,日间和日内RSD均小于10%,适于法医毒物分析的需要。

Abstract:A simple,rapid and sensitive method was built for the determination of Trichloroethylene and its major metabolites in blood by GC Chromatographic Headspace Analysis with Electron Capture Detector.The headspace extracts from blood were separated by a 0.25μm×0.32mm×15m CP-WAX 52CB capillary column. The calibration curves were linear for both trichloroethylene and trichloroacetic acid.The coefficients of variation for both intra-day and inter-day were less than 10% and the recoveries were better than 95% at various spiked levels.The validated method fully meets the requirement for trichloroethylene and trichloroacetic acid analysis in blood in forensic medicine.
