| 摘 要： | 以芦丁为标样,选择波长258 mm,用紫外分光光度法测定金柚皮黄酮含量。结果表明,芦丁的浓度和吸光度呈良好的线性关系,相关系数为0.9995,平均回收率为99.60%,RSD为0.3%。金柚柚皮中总黄酮含量迭1.0%。本方法简单、快速,结果准确可靠。

| Abstract: | Taking rutin as standard sample,the content of flavonoids in Pomelo Peels was measureed with UV spectrophotometry at 258nm.The result shows:there was a good linear relationship between the absor- bance and concentration of the rutin.The correlation coefficient was 0.9995,the average recovery rate was 99.6% and RSD was 0.3%.The content of flavonoids in Pomelo Peels is about 1.0% with this method. The method is easy operation,rapid and its result is very accurate. |
