| Abstract: | The construction of the service platform for English knowledge demands the support by the colleges,high quality teachers and network management personnel.Students recognise English and the service platform.The advantages of the platform are optimizing the teaching environment,strengthening the independent learning,supervising the teaching content,monitoring the learning process,stimulating the interest in learning and improving learning efficiency. |
