高校中层干部执行力的诠释与建设

摘    要:高校中层干部执行力包括理解与领悟能力、转化与创新能力、计划与组织能力、攻坚与担当能力、协调与控制能力、评价与问责能力等六种基本能力。其执行力的强弱受责任意识、工作态度等主观因素以及管理制度、督导机制、评价体系等客观因素影响。提升高校中层干部执行力,需要构建职责明确、创新协作的管理机制,将成本分析纳入评价体系,加强干部培训,优化干部队伍配置。

Abstract:The competence of the middle-level leadership in colleges includes comprehension,innovation,planning,responsibility,coordination,and accountability.Their performances are influenced by subjective responsibility,attitudes and objective regulations,supervision and evaluation.In order to improve their performances,the middle-level leadership need to build a mechanism of construction.
