| 摘 要： | 科学发展观作为中国社会发展的战略指导思想和发展模式,同样反映了高等学校发展的本质、目的和规律.高等学校科学发展观要求高等学校的发展必须注重以人为本,这是高等学校科学发展观的本质与核心.高等学校最根本的任务就是培养高素质人才,这是兴办高等教育的根本.这就要求高等学校发展的同时,必须促进学生的全面发展,满足师生的全面需要,并保障师生的合法权益.

| Abstract: | Scientific development theory,as the guiding ideology and development pattern for China society's development strategy,also explains the nature,mode and rules of China universities and colleges.The scientific development theory of higher education claims that universities and colleges' development should be human-centred,which is the nature and core of the scientific development theory of higher education.The fundamental task for universities and colleges is to cultivate personnel of high quality,the purpose to develop higher education.Hence that the development of universities and colleges should promote the all-round development of students and meet the comprehensive needs of staff and students and protect their legal rights. |
