关于高职学生英语学习焦虑成因的实证分析

摘    要:高职学生英语学习焦虑的成因较复杂,通常是多个因素相互作用促成的。本研究针对造成英语学习焦虑的主要内因和外在因素分别进行了问卷调查研究和访谈。对所得数据进行了各项分析后认为,高职学生英语学习焦虑主要来自于内在因素,即学生的自我观念认识,自我的效能感以及学习习惯。最后,在此基础上,我们提出了降低焦虑的教学建议。
