| 摘 要： | 中国加入WTO后,社会急需大量复合型、创新型的商务英语人才。文章从课程设置、师资力量和实训基地建设三个方面分析了中国高校商务英语人才培养的现状,并提出了更新观念、转变培养模式、构建新的课程设置体系、加强师资队伍的建设、校企联合、共建实训基地的对策。

| Abstract: | After China's accession to WTO,a number of compound and innovative Business English(BE) talents are in urgent need.The current situations of Chinese BE personnel training in colleges and universities are analyzed from Curriculum,teaching staff and training bases.Then it puts forward such countermeasures as renewing ideas and changing the training mode,building a new curriculum system,strengthening the construction of teachers,and colleges and enterprises building training bases together. |
