| 摘 要： | 高职学生因为学历层次偏低在就业大军中处于劣势已是不争的事实,提高高职学生就业率已成为各学校的重要工作之一,为此学校特别强调学生职业技能的提高,却忽视了语言表达能力在现今双向选择的求职市场中的重要性,这种现象在工程类高职中尤为突出,使得本身就不善言谈的学生更加＂讷于言＂,在求职就业中更显被动,该文针对此问题进行探讨。
