摘    要:心理学视野下的职业能力内涵分析,其重要的实践意义在于体现对个体能力倾向差异性的尊重。尊重个体能力倾向的差异,有助于我们更好地理解和把握“以人为本”、素质教育、“人格本位”课程模式等职业教育教学理念的本质。

Abstract:From the point of view of psychology,the practical significance of vocational capability analysis is to show respects for individual differences.Respecting individual differences will help to better understand and grasp the essence of vocational education concerning "people-oriented"education,quality-oriented education and "character-based"education models.
