| Abstract: | Beginning with the development and management characteristics of higher education in England, a brief summary of the current conditions of HEE is given, and it especially focuses on the major management mechanism. Moreover, combining with the practice of Chinese higher education, the characteristics worthy of learning is analysed, and finaly the common problems facing the higher education both in China and England are put forward. |
