将教学后记运用于体育教学刍议

Analysis the Importance about the Teaching Reflection in PE Teaching

It's proved that in the long-period PE teaching,writing the after-teaching reflection is very crucial.It can not only be good to improve the teching skills,teaching ability,but also good to gube predicted and pre-planned.It's different from the teaching plans.It usually means the reflection and conclusion of the problems which appear in class and the communication results between teachers and students.
