晋冀鲁豫抗日根据地抗灾渡荒述略

晋冀鲁豫抗日根据地是中国共产党领导的华北抗日游击战争的战略中枢。1942--1944根据地遭受了严重的旱灾和蝗灾，中国共产党人以人为本，采取了一系列的发展生产等自救措施，他们一方面同敌人作斗争，一方面开展生产救荒活动，通过具体的计划和救灾措施，不仅粉碎了敌人的封锁，而且渡过了这场罕见的灾荒。这次救荒也为今后战胜灾荒积累了宝贵的经验。
