高校本科学生科技创新培养体系论略

高等教育发展面临的一个主要问题就是高校本科生科技创新意识的培养和科技创新体系的构建。目前,高校对本科生科技创新意识的培养重视不够、学生自身认识不足、缺乏相应的激励机制以及学生创新能力缺乏,因此,必须积极开展学生课外科技文化学术活动,健全科研活动机制,拓宽学生参与科研的渠道,建立健全科研导师制,拓展科研创新的平台,同时坚持计划性、逐步提高、学以致用、激励性等原则,切实完善高校本科生科技创新培养体系。

On cultivation system of scientific innovation of undergraduates in colleges and universities

The main issue which higher education faces is to cultivate innovative consciousness and to construct innovative system of science and technology for undergraduates in colleges and universities.Presently,cultivation of innovative consciousness in undergraduates is not paid enough attention to.Students themselves do not have enough consciousness.Colleges lack related incentive mechanism and students lack innovative ability.Thus,scientific,cultural and academic activities after class must be actively initiated.Scientific research mechanism must be completed.The ways for students to participate in scientific researches must be widened.Advisor system for the research must be established.Research and innovative platform must be set up.Cultivation system for scientific innovation of the undergraduates must be completed by sticking to the principles such as correct planning,gradual improvement,applying the knowledge to reality and incentive mechanism.
