摘    要:官话方言区内的教师和师范院校的毕业生在普通话水平测试的第一阶段暴露出来的问题引发了我们对声调进行分级培训的思考,在此基础上,本还界定了声调的静态和动态培训的范围,并从音位学原理和语言测试理论上进一步解释了我们的分级培训构思.

Abstract:The issues exposed at the first phase of mandarin proficiency test as for the teachers in mandarin localism areas and the graduates from teachers' colleges have triggered our thinking on the training of the tone in grades and on this basis, this article has definited the scope of static and mobile training of the tone and has further explained our conception of the training in grades from the perpective of the principle of phonemics and the theory of language test.
