浅谈高职教育课程开发及其结构改革

摘    要:高等职业教育课程开发过程可分为三步:一是进行职业岗位分析;二是构成课程门类及课程体系;三是课程评鉴。在构建课程体系的过程中,必须坚持从人才培养目标出发,把知识、能力、素质的培养贯穿于课程建设的始终,从而保证毕业生在一定的专业领域内具有熟练的职业技能和可持续学习与发展的潜能。

Abstract:Curriculum developing in higher vocational college is divided into three steps: firstly conducting post analysis, secondly building curriculum number and system, thirdly curriculum evaluation. During process of building curriculum system, training target must be beginning point, and training of knowledge, ability and quality must be put in whole process of it so to be sure of all the graduates being proficient in vocational skill at a certain major and having potential of consistent study or development.
