教育过度产生的制度探析

在高等教育大众化进程中，随着高等教育规模的迅速扩展，使得人才供求出现了不平衡，导致了教育过度。而高等教育大众化的目的是服务社会，实质是高等教育政治属性的强化，而它的政治属性实施来源于制度安排。因此，本文试图从制度的角度探析高等教育大众化进程中产生教育过度的制度障碍、制度供给不足并且提出相关建议。

An Analysis of the Cause of Over-education from the Perspective of Institutionalization

During the popularization process of higher education, the rapid expansion of the scale of higher education leads to an imbalance in the supply of and demand for specialized personnel and over - education. It should be noted that the aim of popularization of higher education is to serve the society, the essence of which being to strengthen its political attribute embodied in the institutionalized arrangement. Therefore, efforts are made in the paper to analyze the institutional barriers and shortage of supply that lead to the phenomenon of over - education in the popularization process of higher education. Some relevant suggestions are raised accordingly.
