| 摘 要： | 我国的养老基金形成以后，管理中存在的问题一直没有得到很好的解决。本从委托－代理理论的角度，论述了目前基金管理格局上的缺失和监督制度空白的问题，指出在目前基金管理法规还不健全，金融市场还不完善的情况下，养老基金投资还需慎行。
