腹部手术后三种不同灌肠方法的临床比较分析

摘    要:目的:通过三种不同灌肠方法在腹部手术后患者的应用比较,选择更合适、经济、耐受性好的灌肠方法。方法:选取华中科技大学附属同济医院胃肠外科2007年11月至2008年5月胃肠疾病术后病人90例,随机分为辉力灌肠组,普通灌肠组和123灌肠组,比较三种灌肠方法。结论:三种灌肠方法均能有效促进胃肠术后病人的肠功能恢复,辉力灌肠和123灌肠病人耐受性较好,普通灌肠和123灌肠经济实惠,综合来看,123灌肠对于胃肠疾病术后病人是一种比较理想的灌肠方法。

Abstract:Objective:To choose more appropriate, economical and serviceable method of enteroclysis according to the patients' application comparison of three different methods of enteroclysis after abdominal operation. Methods :To compare three different methods of enteroclysis by dividing 90 patients of Tongji hospital of Huazhong university of science and technology from November, 2007 to May, 2008 into three groups randomly: Huili enteroclysis group, common enteroclysis group and 123 enteroclysis group. Conclusion:All the three methods can effectively help the recovery of patients'intestines after gastrointestinal operation. Patients from the first and third groups have better tolerance, while the enteroclysis methods used in the second and the third groups are economical and practical. In general, 123 enteroclysis is an comparatively ideal enteroelysis method for patients with gastrointestinal diseases after operation.
