| 摘 要： | 本文认为分类发展是高等学校的理性选择。根据经济管理中的规则，认为高等学校在分类发展中首先要根据“选择性原则”明确定位，并按照“玉米地游戏规则”确定方向，选择最佳路径寻求发展。
