以就业为导向的地方本科院校体育教育专业人才培养模式研究

通过对普通高校体育教育专业人才培养模式现状分析，提出了以台州学院体育科学学院为个案的人才培养改革思路，从人才培养目标和规格、培养途径、课程设置、师资队伍、学生就业等方面对体育教育专业人才培养问题进行思考。

A Study On Talents' Training Mode of P.E.Major in Employment-oriented Local Colleges

This paper analyzes the status quo of talents＂ training mode of P.E. major in ordinary colleges. On the basis of the case study of School of P.E. Science in Taizhou University, it puts forward reforming ways of talents＂ training mode of P.E. major, including revising training objectives, widening training channels, perfect- ing curriculum system, improving teaching staff and undergraduate employment.
