| Abstract: | On the basis of analyzing content,source,core content and characteristics of librarian's practical knowledge,the paper proposes implementing innovative library service needs through librarian's understanding of the nature of the composition of librarian's practical knowledge,etc.then continually updating and development are done for librarian's practical knowledge.Finally,the new initiatives of promoting librarian's practical knowledge growth are discussed. |
