工程实践教学的现状分析与对策研究

我国多数以工科为主的大学都建立了层次化、模块化的实践教学内容,教学内容在传统金工实习的基础上进行了扩展和延伸,注重了综合性教学内容的开拓。存在的主要问题是缺乏系统理论的指导,教学内容陈旧、雷同,教学改革严重滞后,是教师队伍后备堪忧,特别是高级专门人才严重匮乏。实践教学需要更多高层次人才的参与,在更高理论层次对实践教学的规律进行研究,并结合不同类型学校的特点进行教学内容和教学体系的构建,从而在学校的决策层面建立信心,为进一步加大人力物力投入创造条件,形成良性循环。本文结合北京航空航天大学工程训练中心的实践,深入探讨了上述问题的解决之道。
