Quality Governance Issues in Quality Assurance of Higher Education

This paper,exploring the general question of how quality assurance has changed the relationship between government and higher education,discusses two important issues of the management: what is the proper role of government? And what are the appropriate forms of academic involvement in decisions about quality assurance? It seeks to set some principles of sharing management in ensuring quality and suggests how these principles could apply to decisions in quality assurance.
