中国基础教育存在的问题及改进对策

中国基础教育的主基调仍然是应试教育,存在着教学计划得不到全面落实,教学目标模糊不清,缺乏培养特长生的平台等问题,其根源在于文化和制度等因素。必须改革传统观念和高考制度,采取创建培养特长生的平台,改革学生成绩评定和考核办法,改革教育投入办法等对策。

On the Problems and Countermeasurs of Chinese Elementary Education

In Chinese elementary education,examination-oriented education is still the keynote.There exist some problems,such as the teaching plan being unable to be implemented in an all-round way,the teaching target being unclear,and the lack of the platform for training students of speciality,because of the factor of the culture and the college entrance examination system.Therefore,we must reform the traditional ideas falling behind,reform the college entrance examination system,establish the platform for cultivating students of speciality,and reform the accomplishment evaluation and system of assessment,and reform the way of educational investment.
