我国现阶段私营企业主的非劳动收入中的剥削问题

在私营企业主的收入中,除了一部分劳动收入还有一部分非劳动收入。这部分非劳动收入是私营企业工人剩余劳动的转化形式,它是私营企业主凭借资本所有权所获得的一部分收入。这部分非劳动收入的存在是我国现阶段生产力水平决定的,是＂按劳分配为主体,多种分配方式＂并存的必然结果,对我国国民经济的发展起到重要促进作用,与社会主义消灭剥削的目标并不矛盾。对私营企业主违法的剥削行为必须进行管理和制裁,这样才能有利于私营经济的自身发展,也有利于整个国民经济健康发展,促进社会的和谐和繁荣。

On the Exploitation in Non-labor Income of Privately-owned Enterprise Owners in Current China

In the income of privately-owned enterprise owners,there is,apart from a part of labor income,a part of non-labor income that is the converted form of surplus labor of workers in the private sector.It is a part of the income from the capital ownership of the privately-owned enterprise owners,which is decided by the level of current development of economy in China and is the result of the principle of ＂taking labor as the main means of distribution with many other means at the same time＂,which plays an important role in the economic development and is not contradictory to the socialist goal of eliminating exploitation.However,it is imperative to manage and arbitrate the illegal exploitation of the privately-owned enterprise owners so that it is beneficial to develop the private economy,to healthily develop social economy and to promote social harmony and prosperity.
