关于辅导员帮助贫困生走出心理困境的探讨

据有关部门统计,目前我国高校贫困生总数已高达300多万人,比例达25%。有许多贫困生感到身份低微,有自卑感,不愿意让别人知道自己的处境,也不愿意接受他人善意的同情。在贫困生成才的过程中,心理健康自我维护起着重要的作用。高职辅导员应该通过思想政治教育,培养贫困生敢于正视困难,树立正确的贫困观;树立自信心,战胜困难;善于合理调节情绪,建立和谐人际关系,走出心理困境。
