| 摘 要： | 对大鼠力竭性游泳和跑台跑运动后即刻的胃溃疡分数和运动时间进行了比较研究 ,以筛选运动应激性溃疡的建模方法。结果 :力竭性游泳运动和力竭性跑台跑运动都可导致大鼠胃粘膜呈点状或条索状的出血或溃烂 ,产生运动应激性溃疡 ;但游泳运动组动物运动时间显著延长 (p <0 .0 5) ,溃疡分数显著升高 (P <0 .0 5)。提示 :二者均可作为复制运动应激性溃疡模型的方法 ,但力竭性游泳运动较跑台跑运动更易成功复制运动应激性溃疡模型。

| Abstract: | In order to select the model foundation method of exercise-induced stress ulcer,the gastric ulcer mark and the exercies time immediately after exhaust exercises have been compared between swimming and treadmill running in rats.The results showed that the two exhaustion exercise methods could both induce exercise stress ulcer with gastric mucosa bleeding or canker in dot or funicular shapes.But the exercies time and the gastric ulcer marks in swimming group were more than those in running group(P<0.05).It is suggested that both exhaustion swimming and treadmill running can be used as the method of replicating exercise-induced stress ulcer.But the exhaustion swimming is thought of as a better one. |
