| 摘 要： | 发展循环经济有利于促进人与自然的和谐，充分体现了以人为本，全面协调可持续发展观的本质要求，是实现全面建设小康社会宏伟目标的必然选择，．也是关系中华民族长远发展的根本大计。文章对循环经济进行概念层面的深入探讨，并就我国发展循环经济的难点进行分析并提出一些政策建议。

| Abstract: | To develop recycling economy is advantageous to promote the person and the natural harmony, fully manifesting the essence of humanist and comprehensive and Coordinated recycling development view. It is inevitable choice to realize the comprehensive construction well-off society and it is also the basic important matter which is the Chinese long term develops. The article carries on the＇ concept of recycling economy and the difficulty on it in our country, and gives some policy proposals in the end. |
