我国区域经济发展不平衡性研究

摘    要:文章利用截面和面板数据对我国区域经济发展不平衡性进行综合测度分析:首先基于 1978-2016 年各地区人均 GDP数据利用泰尔指数对我国区域经济发展水平进行测度,而后基于我国 30 个地区2007-2016年的面板数据,在HDEA和SBM综合模型基础上得出我国四个区域 30 个省份的经济相对发展效率,并结合理论模型和静、动态面板模型对四个区域经济发展效益效率的影响机制进行了分析,结果表明:我国区域经济发展水平存在明显差异,特别是东、中、西部差异较大.对于区域经济效益效率整体上略呈 W型,并且伴有一定的省际差异,东西及东中西部差距较大,而不同区域的经济发展效益效率的影响机制作用效果有所不同,文章从内部和外部两个因素给予分析,表明各区域之间应根据其实际情况对经济发展制定相应的政策,以此实现稳定、健康、高效的经济发展.

Abstract:The issue of imbalance of regional economic development is still an important part of the coordina-ted development of China's economy in the new era.Based on the panel data of 30 provinces (provinces and cities)in China from 2007 to 2016,the article first draws on the basis of the comprehensive model of HDEA and SBM to obtain the relative economic development efficiency of 30 provinces,and analyzes the extent of regional economic development differences in China;then combines with theoretical model and static and dynamic panel model to analyze the influence mechanism of economic development efficiency in four regions .The results show that the efficiency and efficiency of China's regional economic development are slightly W-shapped accompanying by certain inter-provincial differences,and there is a large gap be-tween eastern and western regions.The effects of different regional economic development efficiency and ef-ficiency mechanisms have different effects.Corresponding decisions should be made according to their actual conditions to achieve stable,healthy,and efficient economic development.
