摘    要:文章主要介绍MDI的光气法、非光气法各种合成工艺的进展。比较而言,尿素胺解法是原子利用率接近100%的清洁合成过程,无环境污染,可以实现零排放;并且生产过程对设备要求低,具有很好的开发应用前景。

Abstract:This paper introduces various progress of MDI synthesized craft including the phosgene method and the non-phosgene method. In comparison, the urea method is the process of pure synthesis that the rate of atom utilization is near to 100%. This method has no pollution for the environment and can carry out zero emissions. At the same time, this method does not require much in the equipment, and has good development prospects.
