晶振外壳侧面缺陷的图像预处理研究

在晶振外壳缺陷检测系统中,正确识别缺陷的前提条件是得到高质量的预处理图像。简要介绍了数字图像处理技术,并将这些技术结合到系统的实际应用中,针对晶振外壳的缺陷特点,采取一系列图象处理方法得到较理想预处理图像。

Image Preprocessed Study of Defects of the Shell of Crystal Oscillator

Of the defects detection system of the shell of crystal oscillator,obtaining high quality preprocessed image is prerequisite to correctly verify the defects.Digital image processing methods are introduced,and applied the methods to the system.Based on the character of the defects of the shell of crystal oscillator,the preprocessed image is obtained through a serial of image processing method.
