间歇训练法运用于中长跑训练中重复次数与组数指标的实验研究

摘    要:通过实验、数理统计、比较分析等方法,对间歇训练法运用于中长跑训练中的个体运动员所承受练习的重复次数与组数进行实验研究.研究表明:相同分段距离和不同分段距离具有个体所承受练习的重复次数与组数指标;个体所承受练习的重复次数与组数指标存在着差异性,个体所承受练习的重复次数与组数指标的获得,为运用间歇训练法,并产生最佳训练效果提供科学依据.

Abstract:The research deals with the repetitional times and groups that athletes can endure in intermittent trainings for middle-distance race. The result acquired by the methods of experimental research, mathematical Stat. and analytical comparison shows: The parameters of repetitional times and groups can be obtained through the experiments of intermittent trainings. Meanwhile, there are remarkable difference between the parameters which the individual can endure in same subsection-distance trainings and those in different subsection-distance trainings. The result stated above provides scientific bases for the acquirement of the best training effect in intermittent trainings.
