| 摘 要： | 目前，高职院校人才培养与劳动力市场的严重脱节：高职院校专业结构调整滞后于劳动力市场的需求变化；高职院校培养人才质量与劳动力市场的要求存在较大差距；高职院校就业指导工作不到位。因此，要从以下方面加强高职院校与劳动力市场衔接：采取“订单式”培养，与企业联合办学；依据劳动力市场需要及时调整专业结构；不断提高学生综合素质；把握劳动力市场动向，实重视就业指导。

| Abstract: | Employment work is the lifeline to higher vocational education,so it is necessary to study how to link the talents' training in higher vocational college with labor power market.The supply of higher vocational graduates surpasses the labor power market demand.The discrepancy between talents' training in higher vocational college and the labor power market is showed in such aspects: the adjustment of major structure lags behind labor power market;talents' quality can't meet the demand of the labor power market;the employment guidance is inadequate.Suggestions on the issue: taking the order-form talents' training plan and running school with enterprises;adjusting the major structure according to the change of labor power market;studying the change of labor power market to improve the talents' comprehensive diathesis;paying close attention to employment guidance |
