| 摘 要： | 全面认识校企结合的内涵，有利于校企结合的深化，运作模式的多样化。对高职院校而言，“学校服务企业”需要造诣较深的专家，“企业支持学校”是目前校企结合的主要模式，“学校、企业相互服务”是高水平的校企结合模式，“学校、企业、教研部门共同组成课程开发机构”值得重视，“学校、企业共同培训‘双师型’教师”应该成为充实和培养“双师型”教师队伍的最佳模式，“学校创办企业”是高职院校谋求发展的重要途径，“企业创办学校”应该慎之又慎。
