| 摘 要： | 尤金·奥尼尔是美国现代著名剧作家，他广泛吸取了东西方传统文化的精华，又赋予其新内容和新含义。他的《马可百万》集罗曼史、悲剧以及讽刺剧于一体，体现了20世纪以来东西方文化的交流以及它们之间的碰撞与交融。在这部作品中，作者受到的东方恩想和文化的影响，贯穿他对寻找兼具东西方特色的人类灵魂家园的思考。
