论高拱的治粤方略

明嘉、隆时期，广东地区有司不良，贪贿成风，倭盗侵扰，社会动荡不安。为扭转这一局势，高拱于隆庆四年执掌首辅后，大力推行整顿吏治、军政配合、剿倭除盗的治粤方略，并取得初步成效。虽然高拱的治粤方略推行时间较短，尚无实现预期的理想目标，但却开启了张居正治粤之先河。就此而言，高拱应该占据一定的历史位置，明清时期的诸多政治家和史学家亦有肯定性评价。

On the Sui Guang Strategy Proposed by Gao Gong

During Mingjar and Long period, the Guangdong region suffered from the corruption of the administration, the bribery, the intrusion of the Japanese pirates and turbulence and intranquility. In order to reverse this situation, four years after Longqing was in power, Gao Gong vigorously implemented the policy to rectify administration, enhance the military and political co-ordination, suppress the Japanese intruders and achieved preliminary results. Although implementation was not carried out for long, and the desired goal was not yet achieved, it began the era of the governance of Zhang Juzheng in Guangdong. In this respect, Gao Gong made great contribution in history, many politicians and historians in the Ming and Qing Dynasties thought highly of him.
