摘    要:课堂教学一直被理所当然地认为是实施学校德育的主要途径,但事实上,课堂教学实施德育是有条件的。在诸多条件中,教师的工作积极性是否得到调动是非常重要的内在条件。要调动教师实施德育工作的积极性,就必须理解关于激励的一般理论,并在此基础上掌握调动积极性的基本策略。

Abstract:Classroom teaching has been considered as a major channel to carry out moral education all the time but in fact it is just conditional. In many cases, whether the teacher's working enthusiasm can be stimulated or not is a very important internal factor. The stimulation of teacher's working enthusiasm in moral education must be dependent on understanding some theories about stimulation, and we can have a good mastery of a basic strategy to stimulate enthusiasm based on the theories.
