| Abstract: | This article gives the conception, classification, and the character of the Video-Meeting system as well as its standard for organizing the network. It expresses the importance of choosing the norm correctly, it also introduces the latest agreement; the standard of H. 323, which has been applied in transmitting Video. We have a great discussion on the main functions and some typical cases of application of this kind of system when used in the Far-Distance Education. |
