This article introduced the reform of the experimental teaching's management system in the University of Electronic Science and Technology,that is,put the experimental teaching under the management of the office of teaching affairs and combine it with the teaching program closely.The function of the department of state-owned assets and laboratory administration was well defined.The division of labour and the coordination of laboratory construction were also presented.
