| 摘 要： | 社区医疗服务是公共医疗的最基本单位，在和谐社会的构建中承担着非常重要的保健职能。但由于种种原因，目前社区医务人员的素质与其承担的职责相比还有一定差距。为跟上时代的步伐，承担起历史的重任，社区医务人员的培养和再教育已迫在眉睫。

| Abstract: | The community medical service is the most fundamental unit of the public medical health,and plays the role of medical care which is very important to the construction of harmonious society.However,due to various reasons,the relatively low quality of the community medical staff cannot fully meet the duty they hold.To make them keep pace with the times and take up the important task,it is urgent to further educate them. |
