摘    要:在新课改形势下,由于学生获取知识、信息的渠道多样化,教师已不再是单向的文化知识的传递者,而是学生能力的培养者.作为课程改革的必然参与者和直接实施者的教师,其素质直接影响新课程的实施效果.面对这难得的机遇和严峻的挑战,一个教师要在当今新世纪教育发展的挑战中立于不败之地,就必须寻求主动发展,努力达到教育教学的艺术之巅.

Abstract:In the new era of program reform,the students have more channels to obtain knowledge and information,so the teacher is not the former transferor of cultural knowledge,but the cultivator of students' capacity.As the participant and executor of program reform,the teacher's quality has a direct influence upon the effect of the program reform.Faced to the unprecedented opportunities and challenges,the teacher should develop himself initiatively so as to achieve a success in the reform.
