摘    要:在分析义务教育阶段科学教师在当前课程改革背景下存在问题的基础上,提出了省级科学骨干教师培训的四个主要目标取向和四个基本内容模块,以行动研究教学案例为核心进行了培训过程与方法的创新实践探索,构建了与之相配套的三段多元评价体系。

Abstract:After analyzing the existing problems of science teachers in the compulsory education stage against the current background of curriculum reform, we put forward the four main objectives and the four basic content modules for the training of the backbone science teachers at the provincial level. Besides, we do some innovative practice explorations into the training process and methods with action research as the core case, constructing the three-step and pluralistic system of evaluation in line with it.
