| 摘 要： | 通过分析新一代集散控制系统在石油化工生产装置中的应用案例，提出了利用CENTUMCS3000新型集散控制系统中的分离信号软件模块，即可将PID控制模块的输出值分割为两个操作输出信号，通过两个模拟量输出通道分别去操纵两个控制阀，从而实现分程控制的思路和方法。

| Abstract: | Through the analysis on the case of a new generation of distributed control system in petrochemical production device to take off propane, the paper puts forward using separated signal software module in CENTUM CS 3000 new distributed control system to divide PID control module output values into two operation output signals. Through the two analog output channels to manipulate respectively two control valves, the split process control is realized. |
