摘    要:高校心理委员培训现状存在着培养理念不清晰、人员选拔不规范等问题。考察选拔心理委员的条件及进行全校性选拔,建立心理委员成长档案室、集中培训与分散指导相结合等措施是建立健全高校心理委员培训机制的有效途径。

Abstract:This paper reveals that there are some problems such as the vague concept of cultivation,irregular selection of personnel exist in current college psychological commissioners'training and it puts forward some effective means and approaches to establish and perfect the training mechanism of college psychological commissioners'training.
