摘 要: | 绩效测评是促进医院提高运营效率的基本策略之一。360度绩效考核具有较高的应用价值,但在我国医院绩效测评应用中仍然存在着若干阻力。通过分析揭示了我国医院实施360度绩效考核的可行性与障碍性,为360度绩效考核在我国医院的实施提供了理论性的指导。

Abstract: | The performance evaluation is a basic strategy to improve the operational efficiency Of our hospital. 360 -degree performance appraisal has a high application value, but there are still some application resistances, the path analysis on it may reveal the feasibility of its application, and may provide a theoretical guidance for its application. |
