短时太极(八法五步)对大学生抑制功能影响的ERP研究

摘    要:目的:探讨短时太极(八法五步)对大学生抑制功能的影响及神经机制,为运动改善大学生抑制功能提供实践基础,为太极(八法五步)的推广提供理论和实践支持。方法:以12名大学生为研究对象,采用太极(八法五步)对被试进行短时运动干预。采用Flanker任务测试大学生干预前后的抑制功能,并同步采集ERP数据。结果:(1)对前后测Flanker任务反应时进行配对样本T检验发现,后测较前测一致条件任务反应时、不一致条件任务反应时均缩短,且差异具有边缘显著性,抑制冲突反应时(不一致条件任务反应时减去一致条件任务反应时)前后测差异不显著,但后测较前测抑制冲突反应时有缩短的趋势,表明短时太极八法五步对一致条件任务、不一致条件任务和抑制冲突均有一定的促进作用。(2)对前后测Flanker任务诱发的N2振幅、P3振幅进行配对样本T检验发现,后测较前测一致条件任务、不一致条件任务前额叶N2振幅均增大,且差异具有显著性,表明短时太极八法五步促进大脑在刺激出现后200 ms左右单位时间内募集神经元数目增加,产生电压值增高;后测较前测一致条件任务顶枕叶P3振幅差异不具有显著性,但有增大趋势;后测较前测不一致条件任务顶枕叶P3振幅增大,差异具有显著性,表明短时太极八法五步促进大脑在刺激出现后300 ms左右单位时间内募集神经元数目增加,产生电压值增高。结论:短时太极八法五步干预对大学生抑制功能具有改善作用,其神经机制是前额叶N2振幅显著增大,顶枕叶P3振幅显著增大。

Abstract:Objective:To explore the effect of short-time intervention of Bafa Wubu of Tai Chi on the inhibitory function of college students and further investi gate the neural mechanism of it,hoping to provide a practical basis for improving the inhibitory function of college students as well as the theoretical and practi cal support for the promotion of Tai Chi.Methods:Twelve college students were engaged in the study as volunteer subjects and Bafa Wubu of Tai Chi was used as the method of a short-term intervention.The subjects’inhibition function was tested using Flanker task both before and after the intervention,with the ERP data collected synchronously.Results:(1)Paired sample t test was used to identify the difference in terms of the reaction time of Flanker task between pre-and post-test:The reaction time of incongruent and congruent condition in the post-test was shorter than that in the pre-test and the difference was marginal signifi cant.The inhibition of conflict difference(Incongruent reaction time minus Congruent reaction time)between pre-and post-test was not significant,but with an obvious tendency that the response time in the post-test was shorter than that in the pre-test.The results showed that the short-time intervention of Bafa Wu bu of Tai Chi had a certain promoting effect on the Inhibition Function in both congruent condition task and incongruent condition task.(2)Paired sample t test was used to identify the difference in terms of the N2 amplitude and P3 amplitude induced by Flanker task between pre-and post-test:The N2 amplitude of prefrontal lobe increased significantly in the post-test compared with the pre-test.The results showed that the short-time intervention of Bafa Wubu of Tai Chi promoted the increase of the number of neurons collected per unit time about 200ms after the emergence of stimulation in the brain,and produced an increase in voltage.The amplitude of P3 in the parietal and occipital lobes of tasks with the congruent condition in the post-test was not significantly different from that in the pre-test,but showed an increasing trend.The amplitude of P3 in the parietal and occipital lobes increased in the post-test compared with that in the pretest,and the difference was significant.The results showed that short-time intervention of Bafa Wubu of Tai Chi promoted the increase of the number of collect ed neurons and the increase of voltage value in the unit time of about 300ms after the occurrence of stimulation.Conclusion:The short-term intervention of Bafa Wubu of Tai Chi can improve the inhibition function of college students.The neural mechanism shows a significant increase in N2 amplitude in the prefrontal lobe and a significant increase in P3 amplitude in the parietal occipital lobe.
