| 摘 要： | 介绍了图书馆数字化业务外包的范围,分析了数字化业务外包的风险。借鉴IT外包风险控制方法,从确定合理的图书馆数字化业务外包范围、充分了解和明确需要外包的业务、正确选择承包商、合理选择图书馆业务外包的形式、强化合同意识,把好外包合同签订关等方面论证了数字化业务外包过程中的风险控制方法。

| Abstract: | The research aims to explore the risk control in line with the scope of library digital business.With a reference to the risk control of IT outsourcing,it proposes the practical and workable accesses to classifying the reasonable scope of digital outsourcing and the business involved,choosing the right contractor and outsourcing form,strengthening the consciousness of contract,therefore controlling the risks in outsourcing the digital business. |
