摘    要:企业的竞争从产品、技术、资金、服务、品牌的竞争逐渐转变为人力资源尤其是人才的竞争。人力资源的高效管理,可以提高企业的创新能力,进而增强其核心竞争力。从企业核心竞争力的基本内涵入手,着重分析人力资源管理与培育企业核心竞争力的关系,并从人力资源管理的角度提出了提高企业核心竞争力的措施。
